Have about five references  What could you write about? -Digital footprint, and how this digital footprint can be used by digital technology, which can then be used after you die.  -Write about how these digital technologies are used and how they could effect people.  -When you die your online info isn't protected  Digital Traces and AI  Nowadays, everybody shares their personal experiences through their second lives on the digital space. However, the term 'digital footprint' does not worry most people who use social media. Most people know about the active digital footprints that they leave behind while using social media platforms, such as the content you create or the online comments you leave under posts. The effects of these active footprints on the mainstream userbase does not raise any alarms, however your passive digital footprint may be more of a concern. The them for this submission of work in progress is traces  What could you write about? -Digital footprint, and how this digital footprint can be used by digital technology, which can then be used after you die.  -Write about how these digital technologies are used and how they could effect people.  -When you dies your online info isnt protected  How could i visualise this? -I really like this image that relates to digital traces and would like to use this as an inspiration for how I could visualise the issues that are presented in your digital footrpint being accessed by digital technology. In my image the phone will be on a search engine and images of me and my ‘personal information’ will be shown while the phone is infront if my face.

Right to privacy: -Human right  -Protection of personal data online Digital traces/ footprint: -Footprint -Afterlives  The right to privacy relates to: -info collected by humans or algorithm  -data about a person that can provide insight into a persons life and behaviour's  -public and private areas Individual rights: Right to be informed  - It is about providing individuals with clear and concise information about what you do with their personal data. Articles 13 and 14 of the UK GDPR specify what individuals have the right to be informed about. The right to access - gives individuals the right to obtain a copy of their personal data, as well as other supplementary information . It helps individuals to understand how and why you are using their data, and check you are doing it lawfully.
