Right to privacy:

The right to privacy relates to:
-info collected by humans or algorithm
-data about a person that can provide insight into a persons life and behaviour's
-public and private areas
Individual rights:
Right to be informed
-It is about providing individuals with clear and concise information about what you do with their personal data. Articles 13 and 14 of the UK GDPR specify what individuals have the right to be informed about.
The right to access
-gives individuals the right to obtain a copy of their personal data, as well as other supplementary information. It helps individuals to understand how and why you are using their data, and check you are doing it lawfully.
Right to rectification
-If your personal data is inaccurate, you have the right to have the data rectified, by the controller, without undue delay.
Right to erasure
-have the right to have personal data erased. This is also known as the 'right to be forgotten'. The right only applies to data held at the time the request is received.
The right to restrict processing
-an individual can limit the way that an organisation uses their data.
Right to data portability
-allows individuals to obtain and reuse their personal data for their own purposes across different services.
The right to object
-You have the right to object to an organisation processing (using) your personal data at any time.
Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling
-The data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
